Emma Roberts established New Forest Pilates 14 years ago following a successful career as a professional dancer and then raising a family. New Forest Pilates aims to provide a service that is above and beyond your average Pilates class. We want to educate and empower you with the knowledge you need to keep your body and mind healthy, Emma is a very experienced teacher and has studied a broad range of topics within the field of fitness and wellbeing bringing a fresh approach to teaching Pilates.
Emma believes that exercises should be appropriate and manageable for all clients allowing individuals to progress safely at their own pace.
To achieve the best results from Pilates, regular sessions throughout the week are recommended so we have designed a variety of options to make this as convenient as possible, from attending classes in the studio, joining a live zoom class or logging on to pre-recorded classes to access at any time that suits you.
Beginners will be carefully managed allowing safe and effective progression and more experienced pilates students will be challenged at the correct level for their abilities.
Studio classes are held at the New Forest Wellbeing Centre in Sherfield English, just outside of Romsey which is truly a beautiful space to practise Pilates in. The warm and calm atmosphere makes the whole experience of attending a class very special
